A. Education & Companionship​

Teaching Assistant

• Role Description: Provide personalized tutoring in music, art, math, reading, or science for children with special needs.

• What You'll Gain: Develop patience and creativity while strengthening your communication and teaching skills. Experience the joy of watching children gradually build confidence and flourish through your support.​

1-on-1 Student Support

• Role Description: Serve as a dedicated classroom assistant, guiding and encouraging a child with special needs to actively participate in lessons, complete activities, and enhance their learning experience.

• What You'll Gain: Strengthen your empathy and observational skills while building responsibility and leadership qualities. Gain valuable experience in cross-generational and inclusive teamwork.​

Event Organizer

• Role Description: Help organize and support iSTEAM's signature initiatives, including RoboQuest robotics challenges and Agile Again emotion recognition and social empowerment projects.

• What You'll Gain: Get hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies like robotics and AI. Develop innovation and practical skills in real-world settings while creating meaningful social impact through technology.​

B. Activity & Operations Support​

Classroom Organizer

• Role Description: Help organize, categorize, and prepare materials needed for classes and activities.

Team Coordinator and Event Planner

• Role Description: Join our competition event preparation efforts, including promotional campaigns, video production, photography, fundraising, data analysis, and team logistics.

Marketing Assistant

• Role Description: Support promotional and operational activities for Vinci/iSTEAM programs, help market courses and projects, and assist with daily communications and materials development.

Marketing and Graphic Design

• Role Description: Create engaging posters, videos, and social media content for our activities and events.
